📦 Shipping Policy — Atomic Critter Clothing
Welcome to Atomic Critter Clothing. We make weird, story-driven apparel — and every item is printed just for you.
That means no warehouses full of sad, pre-made shirts… but it does mean a slightly different shipping flow than big-box stores. Here’s how it works.
🖨️ How Orders Are Made
All Atomic Critter Clothing products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
Once you place an order:

Your item is printed specifically for you

Quality-checked
-
Packaged
-
Then shipped straight to your door
Production time:
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays, launches, or high-traffic periods, production may take a little longer. We promise we’re working on it — printers need sleep too.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order contents.
Estimated delivery times (after production):

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

U.S. Express Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order ships, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier and the general chaos of the world.
📍 Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If tracking seems frozen for a bit — that’s normal and usually resolves on its own.
🌍 International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes set by your country.
These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Atomic Critter Clothing has no control over customs delays or fees — governments gonna government.
📦 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders (Important)
If something goes wrong with your order, don’t panic — but do contact us promptly.
In line with Printful’s official policies, we can help with:

Items that arrive damaged

Items that are misprinted

Items that are lost in transit
You must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a replacement.
When reaching out, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos (if the item is damaged or misprinted)
If Printful confirms the issue, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Reshipping costs may apply

We cannot replace the item for free
Sadly, we do not yet have teleportation technology.
