We want you to love what you ordered. If you ever have questions about sizing, fit, materials, or anything else before purchasing, reach out — we’re here to help (and occasionally to bark at imaginary threats, just like our Atomic Critters).

Returns
Items Eligible for Return or Replacement
We happily replace items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Lost in transit
If your order arrived with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Because every item is printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Disliking the fit, feel, or color
- "My dog didn’t approve the design"
- Any other non-defect-related reason
We encourage reviewing each product’s description carefully and reviewing our detailed product descriptions (including sizing details) before ordering.
How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
Email us at returns@atomiccritterclothing.com with:
- Your order number
- The issue you’re experiencing
- Photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond ASAP and get your issue resolved.
Return Address
Items are generally not required to be physically returned, but if Printful requests it, returns will go to the appropriate Printful fulfillment center.
Refunds & Exchanges
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges on print-on-demand products. If you'd like a different size or color, you can place a new order once the original is refunded (if eligible).
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Shopify. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

- The issue you’re experiencing
- Photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond ASAP and get your issue resolved.
Shipping
🏠 Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Reshipping costs may apply
- We cannot replace the item for free
Sadly, we do not yet have teleportation technology.
🖨️ How Orders Are Made
All Atomic Critter Clothing products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
- Once you place an order:
- Your item is printed specifically for you
- Quality-checked
- Packaged
- Then shipped straight to your door
Production time:
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays, launches, or high-traffic periods, production may take a little longer. We promise we’re working on it — printers need sleep too.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order contents.
Estimated delivery times (after production):
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- U.S. Express Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order ships, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier and the general chaos of the world.
📍Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If tracking seems frozen for a bit — that’s normal and usually resolves on its own.

Use these articles to answer questions that customers have about your products and services. You can use text, links and images and also group articles into categories.
📦 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders (Important)
If something goes wrong with your order, don’t panic — but do contact us promptly.
In line with Printful’s official policies, we can help with:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that are misprinted
- Items that are lost in transit
- You must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a replacement.
- When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or misprinted)
If Printful confirms the issue, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
