All Atomic Critter Clothing products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Once you place an order:

• Your item is printed specifically for you
• Quality-checked
• Packaged
• Then shipped straight to your door

Production time:
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, launches, or high-traffic periods, production may take a little longer. We promise we’re working on it. Printers need sleep too.

US orders pay one flat rate, $10 for Standard shipping, and US orders over $65 ship free. For the 27 other countries we ship to, the rate is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

These are estimates. Once your order ships, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier and the general chaos of the world.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If tracking seems frozen for a bit, that’s normal and usually resolves on its own.

We ship to the US and 27 other countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. The rate for your country is shown at checkout. The Columbia fleece jacket ships to US addresses only.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes set by your country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Atomic Critter Clothing has no control over customs delays or fees. Governments gonna government.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
• We will contact you if this occurs.

Sadly, we do not yet have teleportation technology.

If something goes wrong with your order, don’t panic, but do contact us promptly.

In line with Printful’s official policies, we can help with items that arrive damaged, misprinted or defective, and with items lost in transit.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, or of the estimated delivery date if the parcel never arrives, and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos (if the item is damaged or misprinted)

Once the issue is verified, you get a free replacement or refund.

Because every item is printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Disliking the fit, feel, or color
• "My dog didn’t approve the design"
• Any other non-defect-related reason

We encourage reviewing each product’s description carefully and reviewing our detailed product descriptions (including sizing details) before ordering.

3. Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond ASAP and get your issue resolved.

Items are generally not required to be physically returned, but if Printful requests it, returns will go to the appropriate Printful fulfillment center.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges on print-on-demand products. If you'd like a different size or color, you can place a new order once the original is refunded (if eligible).

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Shopify. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
